For over 20 years AFS has worked with Homeowner & Condominium Associations that desire hands-on control of their Association but shy away from the task of having to bill their neighbors and keep all the necessary financial records.
AFS primarily performs in an accounts receivable mode*, and has no signature authority on any association accounts. The Treasurer pays all bills and is thus kept in the "financial loop." The Treasurer position, relieved of the tedium of record keeping, is now easier to fill.

Reports are emailed in PDF format to the Treasurer, for distribution to board or association members by email.
